Privacy Policy
Effective Nov 2, 2026
This policy explains what information Unspun (news.dev-zero.dev) collects and how it's used.
What we collect
- Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email and message you send. We use it only to reply and don't sell or share it.
- Server logs. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard request logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
- Your device. The site stores a few settings in your browser, like whether you dismissed the install prompt, and caches pages so they load offline. This stays on your device.
Advertising and cookies
Unspun may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on your visits to this site and others on the internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. To learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see How Google uses data from partner sites.
When ads are enabled, visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland will be asked for consent through a Google-certified consent tool before personalized ads are shown.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts provides the site's typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google's servers.
- YouTube provides live streams. Streams load only after you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.
- Links to news outlets take you to their sites, which have their own privacy policies.
Children
Unspun isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. To ask about or delete anything you've sent us, use the contact form.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above.
